Please include all information including name, address, phone number, credit card number with expiration date and the product number on a blank piece of paper. OUR RETURN POLICY

M3 Tech 4 Toys wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple: As long as the item has not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging - i.e., unopened shipping box, the product may be returned within 10 days of receiving the shipment. There is a 25% restocking fee on all acceptable returns. Non-defective items that have been assembled, painted or altered in any way from the original condition cannot be accepted as a return. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, M3 Tech 4 Toys will also refuse to accept this as a valid return. 

At no time, will M3 Tech 4 Toys be responsible for defective items. All defective items must be sent to the manufacture for replacement or repair. If you send a defective product to us and not the manufacture, you will void the warranty. 

To initiate a return you must send an email to knapp89@m3tech4toys.com
explaining why you want to return the product and verifying the product will be returned in the condition stated above. M3 Tech 4 Toys will email you an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please include this RMA number with your return. M3 Tech 4 Tech will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach M3 Tech 4 Toys, so we suggest you use a shipper such as UPS or FedEx where you can track your package.

Once the return item is accepted by M3 Tech 4Toys your original payment will be returned to you minus shipping and handling cost and the 25% restocking fee.  The payment will be credit to your PayPal; Visa or MasterCard account is this was the original method of payment.  If payment was by check or money order you will receive your refund by the same method.
